Interactive Mirror

Yes, another fine example of what you can do with enough Windex... I must say though, that of all the touchscreen-esque applications I've seen to date, this one by far is the coolest and most useful.  Anyone seen the movie The Island?  If not, go watch it!  It's a great movie and provides a glimpse of what can be done with mirrors such as these.

All Electric DSM (Eagle Talon)

Sure, it cost the guy $4,000 and can only go 20 miles, but it's pretty nifty nonetheless! I mean, if you're going to drive an electric car, it mayse well look good! All he needs to do now is trade that 1G Talon for a 2G Eclipse and he'll be driving high and mighty. I must admit tho, four grand can buy a whole lot of gas, especially with plummeting prices.

America's Citizenship?

What can we say about our nation's financial state... well, first of all, it's under the individual control of our nation's 250 million (or so) citizens... not politicians, and not corporate america.  Yes, our political leaders haven't helped anything, and struggling banks deserve to struggle for making loans without any regard for their own consequences.  Truth is, Americans by and large don't seem smart enough to handle credit or any of their personal finances for that matter.  Given how far our society has progressed, I wonder how often this takes place... a funny clip for yesterday, but kinda sad today?

Very good lil project for inspired teens

Now I'm a relatively new daddy, with two young boys (2yo & 4yo)... and when I saw this, all I thought was: this would be a very cool science-fair-esque project if my lil kiddies were only 10 years older. I mean really, back in 'my day', our projects consisted of which battery lasts longer (lol). Given the rapid pace of knowledge these days, I can imagine what kind of projects they might be pulling off in 10 years, HMmmmmmmmmmmm...........

Timeless, err... time-released waterfall :)

Yep, this is just downright nifty... would look very nice in my back yard, I think I'll get one! Well... I suppose I can't afford things that "aren't for sale" quite just yet, so now you know what to get me for Christmas :)
