Find what you want or can afford, and search PriceWatch.com & eBay... they all come from the same place!

Retail = ~3 year manufacturer warranty, includes HSF
OEM = ~1 month reseller warranty, no HSF included
Open Box = Sometimes only warranty against DOA, no HSF

Open Box means, I bought it, opened the box, perhaps installed it, used it, and 4 some reason returned it. U could speculate that it's defective (bad) or I just had buyers remorse (good).

Upgrading

All you need to know is either a.) Model number of store bought PC, OR b.) Motherboard make & model of custom PC ... You'd be suprised how little you can upgrade an old PC for, especially from somebody wanting to dump "old" parts.
