Launched in April 2022, www.myipgear.com is a comprehensive eCommerce solution that supports multiple customer account types with dedicated price books while delivering a seamless and unified shopping experience across all user segments. Development was on an accelerated timeline with all available resources focused on delivering a production-ready solution in just two months, in order to support our new distributorship ahead of a major industry exhibition.

The website features role-based pricing, manufacturer-specific discounts for designated dealer networks, and (customer-managed) linked sub-accounts to support complex B2B purchasing workflows. Advanced ordering capabilities include bulk order forms and tiered quantity pricing to encourage higher-volume purchases.

As the website has evolved, ongoing enhancements have introduced various marketing tools, automated triggers, tax exemption management, cross-product marketing, and personalized recommendations. Capabilities have also expanded with increased domestic and international shipping options, multiple payment gateways, and automated tax processing to provide a feature-rich customer experience tailored to diverse business needs.
